Back to school
Girls Night Out Party!
Pole Dance Charlotte is having a girls night out in their NEW UPTOWN location Thursday August 18th. We are offering three 30 minute pole samplers and in lieu of payment we are collecting school supplies for CMS Homeless Students. Ladies take this opportunity to view our new uptown studio, try a pole class and hang out with women who are looking to explore their sexy side just like you. Even if you do not participate, just come and hang out.
Meet and greet is at 7:30pm and first Class starts at 8pm, 8:30pm and 9:00pm.
The entire staff of Pole Dance Charlotte will be in their cutest "school girl outfit"
we suggest you do the same!

Free Pole Classes

South end and University locations only.
For this one day only we have altered our regular class schedules to accommodate larger class size.
In these tough economic times we realize that in some households decisions are being made regarding monthly expenses as to what has to be cut and what can stay and sometimes a pole class just doesn't make the final cut. So we want to make sure that if there is anyone out there who has not or financially cannot experience the art of pole dancing has one day a month to do so. If you are unable to attend class on this day please forward this information to who ever you think would be interested.

Pole Dance Charlotte Fun and Fitness Dance Studio has poles and we love to travel throughout the Carolinas with our poles teaching others how to pole dance.
But above all else we love to giving back to the community.
Please join us February 4th as we will party with a purpose with the ladies of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc to help raise money for The March of Dimes.

Cupid 101 Workshops
Saturday February 5th: 11-12pm / 12pm-1pm

Wednesday February 9th: 6:30-7:30pm/7:30-8:30pm
Cost: $ 15.00 per person
This is it ladies, the workshop to help you put some fire into your Valentines Day weekend.
Two days in February we will alter our regular monthly schedule. Come and learn our infamous Laptease Choreography, sexy floor work and booty classes all wrapped up on one fabulous hour.
This class is normally under our members only schedule but we are scheduling these two special workshops to help spice up your
2011 Valentines!

What to wear during your dance:
Each instructor will be decked out in a sexy outfit to give you some great ideas such as
Naughty Nurse, Probation Officer, Naughty School Girl and Bad kitty....
Or bring your own outfit.....
Sexy bedroom photography will be available on site after both workshops with or without the pole.

Striptease routine:
Learn how to start your dance with a sexy strip tease routine. -
Laptease routine:
This is some good stuff ladies! Come and learn how to perform a lapdance to a significant other who will be sitting in the chair while you perform your dance in front and behind them the entire time.

Sexy Floorwork:
What is a sexy dance without floorwork? In the middle of your routine learn how to work the floor with moves that will have him simply mesmerized. Sexy stripper push up, Leg pinnacles and our one of our favorite the Booty Crawl.

Shake what your momma gave ya!
Yes Ladies all things booty is included. Sexy hip rolls/isolation, Booty clap, Booty pop and the very popular booty cheek isolation. These moves might take a little practice but with two days of classes you will have plenty of time to master this move.
We are accepting reservations for this class to ensure there is enough room for everyone.

DECEMBER 2010
Check out our the new pole show to air on Access 21 New years eve @ 8:30pm. Annie and Kelly will demonstrate the art of pole dancing with a 30 minute version of our Pole Dance Charlotte's very own Exotic Pole Fitness beginner pole class. This show was designed to expand the minds/opinions of those unfamiliar with the art of pole dancing and to demonstrate what a fabulous, safe and effective workout it really can be.
The show starts out with a small warm up then continues with a pole choreography lesson that is perfect for beginners and continues with a quick workout. We focus on how to to build strength, tone your abs and lower body incorporating the pole. We designed this show to help those that have might a pole at home but are too shy to attend any one of our three studios to try a pole class. So if you know someone who has a pole in their home, be sure to tell them to tune in and have fun!
Pole Dance Charlotte is please to partner with local TV stations such as Access 21 and Designer Portraits studios in allowing us to demonstrate this wonderful non-traditional form of exercise.
